The more festive menus, like that of the "Jardin des Délices"
will give you the choice of foie gras maison or scallops, etc. throughout the seasons.
To accompany all your dishes, Guy offers a selection of
wines and will introduce you to the cider,

pommeau
and the farmhouse Calvados of Normandy.
